If she isn't at the ball field with her boys, you might find her reading a book, filling her bird feeder, taking a walk, or listening to a true crime podcast. As a birth trauma survivor, she firmly believes her traumatic first experience and healing second birth were both instrumental in God's plan for her to become a doula. Leading with empathy and enthusiasm, Abby promotes informed decision-making and evidence-based practices so you can be empowered to fully and positively experience your pregnancy and the birth of your sweet baby!
